Figas LPG & CNG Expo which takes place in Lima, Peru is one of the most popular international exhibitions of the industry.
This year the event was planned to be organized between 21 - 23 October, however the the organizing committee decided to postpone the exhibition to 2021 due to Covid-19 pandemic. Figas expo will take place next year between 26 - 28 May.
The official announcement of the committee is as follows:
"The Government of Peru has confirmed that to date 123,979 people were infected with COVID-19 with 3,629 deaths, so the State of Emergency has been extended until June 30, 2020.
All commercial flights remain closed, the ban on public meetings is maintained and school and university classes are being developed only online.
Considering that it is the second time that the State of Emergency is extended and we do not know if it will be postponed again after June 30, the climate to open Figas & Vehigas this year is very uncertain.
Therefore, we have responsibly decided to postpone Figas & Vehigas to May 26 to 28, 2021.
However, it is glad to inform you that from November 16 to 20 of this year 2020, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. the 1st Mega International Fair of Peru called “MEGAFIP” will be held, 100% Virtual, where Figas & Vehigas will have a complete Pavilion.
To all our Exhibitors of Figas & Vehigas, we will grant, without any cost, a Booth to promote their Products and / or Services in this event, in gratitude for the constant support that they have been giving us.
The first days of July 2020 we will be giving you all the information about this event, including your password so that you can start promoting your booth."
